The therapist provides her knowledge base, experience and skills, and the client learns how to apply what he or she has learned about his/her body and integrate it into daily life. Tina is a certified Yoga teacher and has many years of personal and professional experience in Pilates and dance.

What they Say

"You could not find better PTs than those at Tobias Physical Therapy. After trying many different physical therapy offices in the Bay Area and other parts of the United States I finally found the very best. The physical therapists are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, thorough, supportive, thoughtful in their evaluations, not rushed and very nice to work with."
