Non-Contracted PPO Plans and HSA Plans

Most PPO plans will give you an option to go "out of network". If you would like us to contact your insurance carrier to find out what your coverage would be before scheduling an appointment, please give us a call and we would be happy to verify your benefits.

For most non-contracted plans, payment will be due at the time of your visit. As a courtesy, we will handle submitting all claims directly to your insurance carrier and request to have the payments be mailed directly to you.
